Fortune 100 technical writer, trainer, course designer, and communicator. I've been a writer, editor and online publisher since the late 80s. I've worked as a full-time journalist covering U.S. State Dept and U.S. Congress for a daily newspaper during the mid-90s. Since 1998 I worked as a technical writer for Fortune 100 corporations researching, designing, and producing hi-tech user manuals.
