He has extensively traveled to over 40+ countries, developed a thriving digital marketing consulting & publishing business . His thirsts for wisdom( Super Learner & Life Hacker) and truth have been guiding lights in his professional growth and perseverance within the hospitality and digital media industries. Brian excelled during his undergraduate years at Florida International University, due to his business savvy and ability to connect with others. He was a natural leader and strategist, always driven by results. After studying abroad in the Virgin Islands, Brian submersed himself in the cultural melting pot of Miami, FL. He received his undergraduate degree from Florida International University’s Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism Management. His academic travels took him abroad to the cultural hubs of Cuba, Australia, Sri Lanka, Brazil, China, Maldives and Italy to name a few. On a layover in Tokyo, Japan, Brian vowed to one day permanently relocate to the metropolis, after falling in love with the city’s customs, fashion and architecture. The accredited programs afforded him opportunities to participate in fellowships, supporting international businesses and hotel development projects including: Cohen Financial Investment Bank, Lauderdale by the Sea, West Caicos Ritz-Carlton, PFK Hotel Realty, Pinnacle Advisory Group, Marcus & Millichap Real Estate and Hospitality Valuation Services (HVC). Brian’s entrepreneurship continued, focusing on social media and digital marketing consulting. His digital savvy had grown in proficiency incorporating pay-per-click, search engine optimization (SEO), web analytics and consumer purchasing trends. Over the past 10 years, his work has aligned him with major corporations and media agency giants like Results Driven Agency( Experiential Marketing Firm), Granderson Avenue Interactive Complex Graphics and Million dollar E-commerce start-up FitzzCom. Over the past decade, as a Digital Media Publisher/Strategist, he has generated over $3+ million in gross sales for his online Affiliate Partners via the Internet. Brian served as a research analyst and Lead consultant for the launching of Zoom Media & Marketing’s, Zoom Forward. The lifestyle marketing initiative focused on connecting major companies HBO, Pepsi and Proctor & Gamble, with Hispanic and African-American markets in Los Angeles, CA. The concept generated $2 million profits within 18 months of inception. He uses digital communication to teach hospitality, financial and business management concepts; in the classroom and via distance learning. His class lectures include: Real Estate Development, Markets and Institutions, Finance, Investments and Valuations and Research Methodology. Outside of the classroom Brian enjoys lounging at local coffee shops,survivalist training, competing in endurance races and a practitioner of Krav Maga and Judo.
